Introducing the Revolution Project Manager
Coming soon for FREE from RevolutionUnlimited is the Revolution Project Manager. The Revolution Project Manager will be available for download within the next month. The system features:
- Create and manage tickets
- Create and manage clients
- Create and manage users
- 3 user levels: admin, manager, and employee
- Ticket priority: low, medium, and high
- Ticket status: opened, in review, updated, closed
Who is this system suitable for?
Anyone! If you run a business, this is a great way to delegate work and manage your employees and clients. The easy to use interface allows any user with the least computer experience to manage projects and delegate work.
How the ticket system works
To start, you add all of your clients. After adding your clients, you can start creating tickets for those clients. Your tickets will store information such as a title, description, priority, status, date created, and date due. When creating a ticket, you assign it to your employee and they will receive and email notifying them that that have a new ticket and the status is set to opened. After the employee completes the work, they set the status to in review and the ticket creator will be notified by email. If the ticket needs more attention, the status can be set to updated and the user will be notified by email that the ticket needs more attention. Once the ticket is completed, it's set to closed and the employee and ticket creator will be notified.
Manage your clients and employees
Along with managing and delegating your work, the Revolution Project Manager gives you the ability to store all of your client and employee information. Looking for a client's contact information or employees phone number? Just look it up with the simple search function.
User restrictions
The simple 3 user level system creates 3 distinct levels of control. Admin level users can do anything, view, create, edit, and delete users, tickets, and clients. Manager level users can create, manage, and edit tickets and view users. Employee level users can update ticket status and view users. All users will be able to view all tickets and users to help ensure everyone knows what's going on at all times.
