Prospect Select Baseball Website

Prospect Select was founded in 2008 by current president Aaron Braithwaite. A company based in Miami, our focus and dedication is on providing an in-depth forum showcasing a combination of local and regional high school baseball players. Our knowledge, relationships with scouts, and hands-on attitude allows us to highlight all our prospects with a stand-out identity. We spotlight each prospect by learning and developing their strongest skills. We have designed our website based on our loyal dedication to showcasing our current and future prospects. Our company follows strict “success proven” guidelines to ensure each player is “showcase ready.” Through camps and on-on-one clinics we fundamentally prepare kids to perform to their best abilities on any stage, for all levels and opportunities presented. We act as the link to the next level by applying our insurmountable experience and dedication to helping both parents and players through the college recruiting and athletic scholarship process, as well as the Major League Baseball draft.

A tight deadline and a learning curve were just a few challenges I faced on this project. The Prospect Select Baseball website is built on ExpressionEngine which I have not used in quite a while. Luckily ExpressionEngine is built on CodeIgniter which I am very familiar with.

In just 2 weeks the demo site was ready to be reviewed and 1 week later I launched the new site. Check out the new Prospect Select Baseball website at http://florida.ps-baseball.com/.
